The Community Flagpole was presented by Royston Rotary Club to the Town of Royston in August 2012 to mark the Club's Golden Jubilee.

The flagpole, which is situated in Priory Gardens, is available for clubs and non-commercial organisations in the town to fly their own standards to mark special occasions or events.
