The Technology Tournament is a friendly competition between teams from six local schools in which the teams are set a problem to solve using the set of materials provided. Projects so far have included building a bridge, projectile launcher, flashing beacon and a crane. Each project has to be built to satisfy a number of criteria. Projects are judged by a team of judges drawn from local business and members of the Club |

Pupils from local schools are given the opportunity to perform before family and friends in a professional concert hall, the University Concert Hall, West Road Cambridge. |

Pupils from local First and Middle schools are given the opportunity to speak to an audience of teachers, parents and Rotarians on any subject of their choosing. All members of the audience come away having learnt something new. |
